Customers of A Classy Touch Florist that order flowers from www.aclassytouchflorist.com.au, or any other third party website, agree to the following terms and conditions. A Classy Touch Florist is entitled to change these terms and conditions at their own discretion.

Flower Delivery
A Classy Touch Florist offers a same day delivery service, when order is placed before 2pm AEST(except Saturday’s and Sundays). For same day delivery on Saturday orders are to be placed before 10am. Sunday deliveries not available unless otherwise stated. (This excludes; Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Anzac Day. Refer to Opening Hours for more information.)

 

Orders placed with a business address will be delivered within business hours. Orders placed with a  residential address may be delivered up until 6pm, please be aware that these times may vary if your order falls outside regular delivery areas, or special occasions like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.

 

Delivery to business address from Bingie NSW 2537 (South of Moruya NSW 2357) down to Bega NSW 2550, require 24 hours notice prior to delivery. Delivery for these areas are only available Monday to Friday, This excludes Public Holidays and Holiday Periods.

 Any orders placed after these times will be delivered as soon as possible or on the next following business working day.

 Whilst we do not guarantee times for delivery we do attempt to get orders delivered within a reasonable time frame.

 Delivery Of Alcohol

All orders that contain Alcohol are available for delivery only and must be purchased and received by a person/persons over the age of 18 year. On delivery the recipient must be home at the time and provide a current form of Photo ID or a Current Drivers Licences to receive delivery.

 

When the product has been delivered by our trusted courier network, it is then the responsibility of the recipient to care for the product. 

 

Upon delivery product(excluding any products that contain alcohol)  will be left at the delivery address, unless otherwise instructed from customer when placing order, or if the courier believes that there is a risk of theft or damage to the product.

 

  • for example, no suitable shade to leave products in

  • Our courier deems that there is a security risk to leaving the products due to animals or theft.

 

A Classy Touch Florist reserves the right to return the product back to A Classy Touch Florist’s store and a calling card will be left for the recipient to arrange pick up of that product from A Classy Touch Florist, Shop 8 Blandford centre, Orient Street Batemans Bay. The Customer will be contacted via phone to see if they would like the products redelivered, this will incur a re-delivery fee.

 

 A Classy touch Florist takes no responsibility for a refund if a customer provides incorrect details of recipient including address and/or if a recipient is on holidays or unavailable for collection of the product at the time of delivery.

 A Classy Touch Florist takes no responsibility to replace or a refund given if any produces are not picked up by the recipient within 24 hours after executed delivery time on Delivery Notice calling card.

 Extra delivery charges will apply for the following
Our couriers have attempted to deliver flowers but were not able to leave them, or the wrong address was given by the sender, ending up with a second delivery

  • Incomplete or incorrect recipients number was given

  • Our courier deems that there is a security risk to leaving flowers, be it animals, no shade, or theft.

  • Deliver is in a restricted area.

Delivers made on a Sunday or Public Holiday.

Availability and Substitution Policy

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are unavailable, A Classy Touch Florist will substitute with a similar flower in the same/similar shape, style and colour. Stem count, Packing and container may vary.

 A Classy Touch Florist always endeavours to supply the exact product/s ordered. In case of the event of a product not being available A Classy Touch Florist reserves the right to substitute a product if not available for a product of equal or greater value and quality without notice. 

 

 Vases, teddy bears, Hamper ingredients, Chocolate Arrangements , Nappy Cakes, Potted Plants, Silk Arrangements and Chocolates images are for display purposes only. Extras will depend on supply and may not be exactly as the picture. If not available products will be substituted as close as possible to the product being of the same value or greater.

 

Florist Designed

Florsit Designed means the Florist will execute a personally designed arrangement of their choice for the customer. Stem count may vary.

 

Sale of Liquor

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all products that have alcohol included please insure that the recipient is 18 years of age or older and will be available to receive the product on delivery.  ID will be requested on delivery.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes
Whilst we do offer a same day delivery service of flowers we do expect that if you need to change details within an order you do so within a reasonable time frame.
Order cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not left A Classy Touch florist for delivery.

 

Product Care

  • If flowers are arranged in florist’s foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overfill.

  • If you have received fresh cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2cm from the base prior to placing in clean tap water. Take special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water.

  • Position flowers away from draughts direct heat and sun light. Do not please them on heat generating appliances such as TV”S and Microwave ovens. Keep away from close contact to fruit.

  • As some flowers last longer than others, carefully remove spent blooms, especially if other flowers in the display are still alive.

  • Chocolate box arrangements and hampers should be keep in a cool/ dry area away from any sources of heat. Some products may contain dairy, soy and nut products. Some items may require refrigeration.

 

Payment Options

Payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal are accepted.

 

Order confirmation

Once an order has been placed with A Classy Touch Florist, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the details given are correct, this can be done with the order confirmation email sent. An order is not confirmed until this email has been received. This order confirmation also becomes a tax invoice.

 

Time Frame for Complaints
All complaints, questions, concerns regarding your flower order must be received within 24 hours of the flowers being delivered so that the matter can be addressed.

Non Delivery
Non delivery complaints must be received within 2 weeks of the delivery date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

A Classy Touch florist insures freshness and quality of all our products. However, sometimes the life of your flowers can be shortened for reasons over which we have no control. These include things like grower production, extremely high weather temperatures, transportation issues and so on. Therefore, if your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery, and you’ve looked after them according to the product care instructions please contact A Classy Touch florist and we will investigate the situation for you immediately. If it is deemed that the flowers did not last as long as reasonably expected or that the incorrect product had been sent, then we will arrange for replacement flowers to be sent as soon as possible with our sincere apologies and compliments.
